Services 1. Long Term Condos

Long term Condos are generally much cheaper over all than nightly rentals. The do require a security deposit of normally one months rent. They also require you to pay your own elctric and water bills. The bills can be paid in our office or at a 7-11. Being a permanent resident of Pattaya / Jomtien is a life most can only dream about. After living here a few months you will have the placed wired. You will know all the best spots, the best deals, and the general short cuts to living here long term. Jomtien is a great city and it wont take long before everyone is saying hello on a regular basis.
